License Aggreement

IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual person or a single legal entity, who will be referred to in this EULA as "You") and the Licensor for the ImageComponent that displays this EULA, including any associated media, printed materials and electronic documentation (the "Software").

The Component also includes any updates, add-on, and/or supplements that the Licensor may provide to You or make available to You after the date You obtain Your initial copy \of the Component to the extent that such items are not accompanied by a separate license agreement or terms of use.

By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access or use the Component. For purposes of this EULA, the term "Licensor" refers to ImageComponent.NET .

License Grants This permission is only available for the component needs purchasing.

• You may install and use the component in only one of your development computer (desktop or laptop) per license you purchase.
• You may make one copy of the component in machine-readable form solely for backup purposes. You must reproduce on any such copy all copyright notices and any other proprietary legends on the original copy of the component.
• You may integrate the component to your software on any region, like windows application, web, PDA, mobile application etc. But the number of different software depends on the license you purchased.
• You CAN NOT redistribute the purchased component unless you purchase a redistribute license, you can not redistribute the purchased component in free even you purchase a redistribute license.
• You CAN NOT re-publish or crack the component to integrate your own project.
• You CAN NOT integrate the component with your own project over the license number you purchased. For example, if you purchased a Single Developer License, you can only publish one projects with the component.
• In your distribution, you are allowed to rename the assembly file name, but this is only allowed when you distribute your product as a complete production, not as a reusable part, for example selling it as another component.

License Information

• Single Developer License

  You are allowed to develope and distribute ONLY one complete application (Windows Forms or ASP.NET) with the component.
  
  If your application is a windows form application: as long as it's only one application you are distributing, it doesn't matter how many versions you distribute and how many end-users you have. If you develope a new application (for instance, using a different name or the same application name but work for different platform), you need to purchase another license.
  
  If your application is a web-base application: it can be placed on one server (or multiple servers ONLY IF for load-balanced purpose), it doesn't matter how many visitors can access the application. The license goes with your URL, for instance, if your application runs on http://website.com, and your user can open a page like http://username.website.com to run the function. It's still considered as only one application. But if you distribute the component to another server with a different url, like http://server2.com, then you will need an additional license.
  
  

• Five Developers License

  You are allowed to develop and distribute ONLY up-to-5 complete applications (Windows Forms or ASP.NET) with the component.

• Ten Developers License

  You are allowed to develop and distribute ONLY up-to-5 complete applications (Windows Forms or ASP.NET) with the component.

• Unlimited Developers License (Site Wide License)

  You are allowed to develop and distriubute any number of application with the component.
